How do I Purchase a book?

On the Books page, choose the book you are interested in buying. Click the purchase button and you will be directed to our secure site shopping cart at Loving Your Heart Communications, LLC. Type in the number of books you wish to purchase and hit recalculate. After you review your totals, click the Buy Now button. You will be asked to fill in your personal, shipping and credit card information. When you submit your information, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. Your order will be processed within two working days, (weekends and holidays excluded), and shipped through the USPS Media Mail rate program. You should receive your order within 10 working days or less.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept payment through your PayPal account. All payments are made through secure sites.

Can I purchase a book for International Shipment?

Please select the International Shipping option and choose your destination. All orders will be processed in US dollars.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders cannot be canceled once completed. Contact us for special circumstances.

How do I return a book?

We accept returns for printing errors or damage while shipping. We will replace the item(s) and mail them out to you. We cannot reimburse your shipping cost at this time.

Can I contact the Author?

If you’d like to send a note to an author, you can do so via our Contact button on the Home page of our web site. Please understand that it is up to the discretion of the author as to whether or not your note will be answered.
